Who Can Apply For a Classroom Sensory Fix™?
Project Sensory is excited to support public school teachers!
Here’s the scoop.
In order to apply, you must be a full-time educator at a United States public, private or charter school (employed by the district), spending at least 75% of your time working directly with students.
We invite these “front-line educators” at public schools in the United States apply for a classroom Sensory Fix™ kit to be sent to directly to their school. Such front-line educators include teachers, librarians, guidance counselors, school nurses and full-time teachers who also act as coaches. Just remember that all must work directly with students for 75% or more of their time.
Can I apply if I homeschool?
While we whole-heartedly believe in homeschool educators, at this time we are trying to get the tools into the hands of as many children as possible. We hope to add this option down the road as we expand, and encourage you to sign up for our updates so you can be the first to know when this becomes an option.
Can I apply if I am not a classroom teacher?
We can’t accept requests from principals, administrators, PTA members, teachers’ assistants, student teachers, substitutes, part-time teachers, after-school teachers, or staff developers at this time.
